Danny DarKo Danny DarKo has been on the club circuit for around about 10yrs in and about south yorkshire Danny is based in doncaster his music genres are as follows BASSLINE, 4X4, ORGAN HOUSE, ELECTRO HOUSE, JACKIN HOUSE, COMMERCIAL HOUSE LIQUID DRUM AND BASS, HARDDANCE Dannny has played most of the top clubs/bars in Doncaster and also played alongside some of the top artists/djs which include.... H20, THE WIDEBOYS, DJ Q,VIRGO AKA MR V, DJ LAPPELL, JAMIE DUGGAN, BIG ANG, DELINQUENT, SHAOLIN MASTER. EAZY-D, REVOLVER, STEPPA, DOUBLE O , SAPPO TOPGROOVE, HOOLEY, M-ZONE, ASYLUM AND QUANTUM, STEVE LUIGI, HOOLEY DARREN CROSS, JAMIE FISHER, RICK LISTER, WORKSHY RENE, AUDIOJACKERZ, MASHUP POSSE, UNDERHEADZ just to name a few Danny 1st took a interest in djiin in 1996 but always had a keen interest in music from a early age danny got hold of a pair of decks by chance as a friend of his didnt have the space any more so he took them to his house and then it all began......... Originating from sunny Bournemouth town and loving every second of dj life down on the UK South Coast is XJ. A passionate and meticulous dj whose pin point precision mixing, together with sensational tune selection has his crowds up and glued to the dance floor. XJ applies his sharp and seamless style predominantly to Drum & Bass, House, Trance and Hard Dance, but also enjoys the challenge of dabbling in other genres. XJ has had music running through his veins since birth and began getting more closely involved with music at the age of 13 when he picked up the mic and tried his hand at being an mc. After a few years on the mic XJ had the urge to mix and started messing around on a few of his friends decks. He then became a family man at an early age so XJ took some time out from the music scene and in 2005, he finally acquired his own setup. After a couple of years playing his vinyl at every chance he could get, XJ was ready to play out in his home town. He got involved with some local events and played at several Bournemouth hot spots including The Old Fire Station, Empire, Dusk till Dawn and DNA. When XJ attended university in 2010 he met a few like-minded dance music enthusiasts and together they launched their first drum and bass event Fracture in Bournemouth at the club Dusk Till Dawn. After the success of this event XJ’s passion and drive grew and the rest is history. His monthly residency at SoHo has become a regular hot spot for the local, house hungry bar hoppers. In 2017 XJ toured around Ibiza for his debut on the clubbing island, supporting the Parasol Ibiza Tour in association with Darkest Before Dawn Records. In 2018 he took his skills and sound to Ayia Napa as a resident DJ for Ayia Napa House Party hosted by House Party Events, along with house legend Junior Jack and 48 other national and international djs. In 2019 XJ returned to Ayia Napa with House Party Events alongside his fellow residents and up and coming djs Craig Knight, Franky Wah and Hot like Detroit. Next up in June 2019 will be XJs first festival slot, Home Farm Fest in Somerset, followed by his next summer booking at the largest festival in Wales: Logic Festival. The next step for XJ is production so watch this space! After being bitten by the DJ bug in 1989 Neil honed his skills throughout the early 90's for numerous Free Party outfits playing House and Acid House Music under a variety of guises. During this time he was lucky enough to warm up for many of the Godfathers of House at many of the clubs that became synonymous with the early Dance Music Scene. In 1994 he took the next step on his journey through genres when he became obsessed with the NEW NRG movement, a scene Championed by the legend that was Tony De Vit. After a short break from playing out while attending University he eventually returned to the scene with a 5 year residency for one of the UK's most well known and loved clubs (Lakota Bristol) In 2006 he was inducted in to the TWILIGHT TWINS after a chance meeting with the founder of the outfit (LOUI TWILIGHT TWINS) and for 5 years they rocked clubs all over the South UK as the Electro duo LOUI and BOMBER. Most notably with sets at Ministry of Sound, Electronic Sessions on the Thames and La Dolce Vita Productions. Recently Neil has become disillusioned with the Electro Scene and NOTA BENE was born as an outlet for his more Housey side. The circle is now complete as he heads back to his roots of everything HOUSE!

As a teenager got into the reggae sound systems which lead me into R N B and Reggae clubs. 1988 was doing my first underground Raves as well as the local MC at the Capricorn. During this time I was a radio presenter on various pirate radios. 1989 again was the year of my first job as a professional Radio presenter.
